In our factory, both the products we manufacture and ready-made products undergo electrostatic painting and millimetric cutting-trimming processes with great care. During the electrostatic painting process, our products are coated with high-quality powder paint, resulting in excellent surface durability and an aesthetic appearance. This process ensures that the paint adheres electrostatically to the product surface, providing a long-lasting and environmentally friendly coating. In the millimetric cutting-trimming processes, precise measurements and advanced technologies are used to cut and shape products to the desired dimensions and shapes. These processes are meticulously carried out to fully meet our customers' specific demands and to enhance the lifespan and performance of the products.
Billet Casting, Analysis, Extrusion Press, and Thermal Furnace Processes
In our factory, Billet Casting, Analysis, Extrusion Press, and Thermal Furnace processes are meticulously carried out in accordance with high-quality standards. Initially, pure aluminum or alloys are shaped by pouring them into special molds through the Billet Casting process. Then, detailed analyses are performed to verify the quality and composition of the casting. In the Extrusion Press process, these castings are extruded into the desired profiles and shapes under high pressure. In the final stage, the materials are subjected to special heat treatments in thermal furnaces to enhance their strength and durability. Through these integrated processes, we produce products that offer high durability and performance to our customers.
